These Terms govern your use of Unipro Infotech, a service of Unipro Infotech, India (operating since 2014), providing software development, website and mobile app development, digital services and related IT solutions. By using this website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide the services described on this website and in your order confirmation. Service features, limits and delivery timelines are as stated for the plan or package you select. We may improve or modify services over time; material changes will be communicated to affected customers.
For development and project work, refunds are governed by the project agreement and the milestones communicated at the time of engagement. Unused prepaid messaging credits are governed by the terms communicated at purchase. Statutory rights, where applicable, are not affected.
We work to keep services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where practical. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including upstream carrier, data-centre or network failures.
The website, branding and software remain the property of Unipro Infotech or its licensors. You receive a limited right to use the services as purchased; no ownership transfers. Content you upload remains yours, and you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the services for you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business or data, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
We may suspend or terminate services for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or legal requirement, with notice where practical. You may stop using the services at any time; fees already paid are handled under Section 5.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
